Carmella Gabina is the current Executive Director of the Business Council of Papua New Guinea (BCPNG), a position she has held since May 2022. She brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as the Managing Director of her family owned business, Wellness Lodge, for nearly a decade. Carmella has also worked in Australia in the retail and accounting sectors early in her career. In addition to her role at BCPNG, she has been an active member of the Papua New Guinea Tourism Industry Association (PNGTIA) since 2013, serving as Vice President & Interim President. 

Fiona Diaka is the current administration and finance officer for the Business Council of Papua New Guinea. She graduated with a diploma in Business Management from POMBISCOL and furthered her studies at the International Training Institute. Fiona has over 15 years working in administration. Fiona worked with the Manufacturers Council of Papua New Guinea as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. In 2017, BCPNG, Manufacturers Council of PNG (MCPNG), Port Moresby Chamber of Commerce and Industries (POMCCI), Australia-PNG Business Council and the Rural Industries Council, all came together to share the office spaces at the CHM Corporate Offices in Gordons. Under the shared arrangement, she was asked to work as the Admin & Finance officer for the Secretariat. It was then that she was asked to work as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, Mrs. Gabina. Aside from the administration and finance role that she plays for both BCPNG and MCPNG, she also works as the membership officer for POMCCI. Her administration, finance and management skills and experience brings great value to BCPNG.
