The Business Council of Papua New Guinea (BCPNG) is pleased to share two pivotal strategic documents detailing the ongoing transformation of the Internal Revenue Commission (IRC). The documents that have been made available include:

• The Governance and Management Strategy (GMS): This framework establishes the “IRC Way,” focusing on building a performance-led culture, ethical leadership, and data-driven organizational discipline to ensure the Commission operates with world-class integrity.
• The Integrated Tax Administration System (ITAS) & MyIRC: This technical roadmap details the transition from legacy systems to a modern, automated platform designed to simplify tax registration, filing, and payments through the MyIRC online portal.
